Dear Democratic Friends,
A year from now, early election voting will be underway! We all know how important it is to keep New Mexico's representation BLUE in the U.S. House and the state. We also want our district and county elections in the WIN column! At every level, we must stop the slide toward authoritarianism and keep this county as one where our Constitution, forests, and healthcare are valued and protected.
We are the Grant County Democratic Party (GCDP) fundraising group.
You are asked by every candidate for support. It gets overwhelming! (We get the emails, texts and letters too.) Yet, the local party—all of us who run for office, canvass, call and knock on doors— count on funds from YOU to do these things to help keep, if not restore, America's democratic values.We will be calling to ask YOU to start a monthly donation that runs through the 2026 general election. It is easy to access our Act Blue donation link through this page to begin a monthly pledge of an amount that feels right to you. We are looking for 10 households or individuals to pledge $100 a month, 20 individuals to pledge $50/mo., and many others to pledge the amount that fits their budget.
That amount will mean we can--
· Buy advertising for school bond issues now and the candidate slate later.
· Rent a visible office space after the June 2026 primary.
· Buy and print signs, buttons, brochures.
· Keep our Zoom contract and have phones for canvassing.
· Sponsor meaningful service events.
· Keep our GCDP a vital presence in the state!

General membership meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month. We are currently looking for a new location. Potluck at 5:30 PM, Meetings begin at 6:20. All Grant County registered Democrats are welcome to attend and participate. Check this site for updates and/or changes.
