Eligibility - In order to vote you must be registered as a Democrat in Grant County for at least 30 days prior to the scheduled meeting.

Meetings & Elections
This is the time for all Grant County Democrats to participate in the organization of their party. All meetings wil be held on Zoom and all participants must register using the forms below. Registered participants will be sent a Zoom meeting invitation and ballot PIN via email prior to their meeting.

Here's the election process:
Members of each ward elect a ward chair and vice-chair.
Members of each precinct elect a precinct chair, and if so designated, additional delegates.
Ward chairs, precinct chairs and precinct delegates make up the County Central Committee (CCC).
The CCC will elect the county chair and vice-chair and delegates to the State Central Committee (SCC). Grant County is allowed 13 SCC delegates, including the county chair and ward chairs.

Ward AE (precincts 3,4,7,8,13,14,17,23,39):
Wednesday, February 24, 11:59PM
Ward AW (precincts 1,2,12,15,16,18,21,35,38):
Thursday, March 4, 11:59PM
Wards B (pcts (6,11,19,20,22,30,31,32,33,37) & C (precincts 5,9,10,24,25,26,27,28,29,34,36):
Deadline extended to 1 hour before the meetings

General party meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, usually at party headquarters, 3060 East Highway 180, Silver City. (A-frame across from Ace Hardware and the Conference Center.) Potluck at 5:30 PM, Meetings begin at 6:20. All Grant County registered Democrats are welcome to attend and participate.
